Healthy elegance means that you are trying to level up your life, you are trying to become more sophisticated, well-mannered person with at least basic knowledge of etiquette and you apply these principles in your everyday life.
BUT you are also only a human being, you have your emotions and days, when you can't be the best version of yourself and that's absolutely fine!
Why Did I Start This Concept?
When I see most profiles on Instagram or videos on YouTube about elegance - itś all about:
DON'T DO THAT... NEVER DO THAT... BE ALWAYS LIKE THAT...
And sometimes I feel like I am some robot without any feelings. And that is not how elegance should look like! It should make you happier, not depressed because you are not 100% all the time.
That is why I want to focus more on the mental health aspect of elegance as well. How you can achieve some type of lifestyle without losing yourself or become a total perfectionist. I believe that everything is about balance. You don't need to be perfect to be a better person or a person you want to be. Don't be so hard on yourself and don't listen those people who tell you that you have to be always perfect in order to become elegant!
REMEMBER: No one is perfect 100% all the time! And it's fine to not be fine. Negative emotions are also needed.
